US has funded Ukraine Lab Pathogen and Bio Weapon Research since 2005

A publicly-available document shows a $15MN agreement signed
between the US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry to support research
into biological weapon research in Kiev, Lvov and Odessa.

The US govt provided materials and training for “cooperative biological research,
biological threat agent detection and response,
and improving biological material protection, control and accountability”.

Details were withheld from public disclosure,
but “state secrets of Ukraine” were to be shared with the US Defense Dept.

Yesterday night I watched Oliver Stone's 2015 documentary UKRAINE ON FIRE.

Stone has done an amazing job exposing this torn country's complex
and very difficult history which undoubtably has lead to this heart breaking present situation.

Based on the many precise data points provided in this documentary
I was able to rectify the Ukraine's Declaration of Independence chart.
I then went to the Ukraine's wiki page where I found lots of additional information
which helped me honing in on the inception of the Ukraine's independence.

and discuss the once again breath-taking synchronicites,
clearly revealing that what we see happening
- as difficult as it is
- that this is one other important step on our way towards an extremely positive future.
