Housing Market - good time to buy / or sell ?
Answer:
Selling to another at the height of the market, is kind of like playing dirty pool - the housing market is very falsely inflated as of 30 june 2022
already 30 july 2022 - it is crumbling
- by spring 2023 - expect prices to fall 10, 25, 15%
so; a home worth $1,000,000 has already fallen to 900k, will fall another 25% and, another 15% - 675,000 to a low of 573,750 by late spring/early summer - HOUSE PRICES never should have shot up to begin with !!!
there is no shortage of land, nor, shortage of homes
(there is a lot of homes; just vacant)
Government would be wise to put people in them
esp; since they charge 2% land tax yearly
IF THE PEOPLE WE SMART they would use the public servants, as, their represenatives of the people, and, get taxes reduced
