I have been asking how a lot of these area's on the maps were "decided" on
and no one posting them seems to have an answer.

The weather reports like the 'VIPIR' image above show that the toxic plume
moved southeast yet so many maps encompass the Allegheny River
and headwaters which makes no sense as we are upriver
and not in the direction of the weather.

While vinyl chloride is a carcinogen on its own, burning it creates Phosgene
(and other things) which is a gas that was weaponized in WWI.

Phosgene is considered safe at 0.1PPM for 8 hours and 0.2PPM for 15 minutes.

Considering the number of cars of this stuff they decided to burn off,
the plume it created, and the prevailing wind heading directly
toward a major city it does make you wonder if leaving it "invisible"
in its original state which is shown to be very deadly longterm
or burning it off, creating these apocalyptic scenes was the better option.

If you get more detailed information on the creation of these maps,
possible contamination zone, or contaminants, please keep me updated.
