    A Time for Renewal. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
    DIGESTION OF THE PHYSICAL: It is the process of emerging out of the ashes of our previous self.
    As a symbol of rebirth, the Bennu was said to have flown over the primordial waters of Nun that existed before creation, landing on a rock (the Ben Ben stone) and issuing a call that determined the nature of creation. He is the solar bird that sets itself on fire and obtains new life by rising out of its own ashes.
    "I am the Bennu, the soul of RA, and the guide of the Neteru in the Duat."
    The Bennu bird was said to ‘to rise in brilliance’ each morning and shine upon the world from the top of the famous Persea tree in Heliopolis, the sacred Ished Tree or ‘Tree of Life’ where he renewed himself.
