Ascension Wisdom
Ascension is more of a Descension of our Soul's Light that we split off
from due to trauma from this lifetime and past lifetimes.

The word Ascension can seem misleading as we aren't going up and outside of ourselves,
but rather we are entering the heart-space within and moving down
into the Womb of Gaia to ReBirth a whole new way of living and being.

As Higher Frequencies of Light continue to flood into Mother Earth,
old limiting programming, mental patterns and repressed emotions
are being dislodged from our DNA.

We are purging ancestral karmic imprints, and this process often times
can feel quite uncomfortable, and we may experience numerous Ascension symptoms:

body aches, exhaustion, digestive discomfort, migraine, anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances
and the list goes on.

Lots of self-care and rest are really important right now.

Stay hydrated and grounded.

We're in a huge Transformation and so much is unfolding.

Ascension is an Infinite Journey of rooting into Mother Earth
and being able to connect with the entire Multiverse through the Heart Energy
