there are four ways you expel toxin's from your body.....

Defecation, Urination, Perspiration and EXHALATION!...

continuous wearing of a mask has to cause you to re-breathe toxin's that are dangerous to you...

This was the real reason for masks being forced on people in work places
and when shopping.

Well, I say forced, people didn't have to comply.

With the zero temperatures now, as stated by an ex military medical man,
they found that when the warm breath hits the mask,
which is the equivalent of breathing our on a cold window,
it causes condensation and this is then breathed back
causing pneumonia bacterial infections and worse.
