The “Vaccine Order Form” with @pfizer in which Slovenia acknowledges
that the “long term effects and efficacy of the Vaccine are not currently known”.

Did @JustinTrudeau or @CPHO_Canada also acknowledge this in their Vax order forms,
despite their public affirmative assurances?
