From what I've seen, a combination of both will cure cancer.

Edit: I'm no doc, but just from what I've seen,
if you have cancer, get a cold or flu,
and take HCQ the flu will attack the cancer.

After a few days take Ivermectin,
it will attack the flu and the cancer
