May 5 - It's the culmination of this season's quantum leap, with the Lunar Eclipse at 15º Scorpio at 10:34am PDT, as the stability of the Sun in Taurus is opposed by the transformational Scorpio Moon conjunct the South Node (past) of old conditioned patterns, behaviors, and relationships that are limiting your life. Lunar Eclipses are about endings, clearings and revelations (Full Moons) - and the Ruler of the Scorpio Moon is Pluto in Aquarius = the future.
This Lunar Eclipse asks you to bless and release anything that's draining your energy, inhibiting your progress or misaligned with your Evolving Self - who you are now, who you are becoming and where you are going. I suggest you take a FEAR inventory to explore which and how your perceived fears are blocking you and your dreams.
If you find yourself defending your fears, that's where you're stuck in a low vibration and some kind of change is needed. Get help to shift your perspective to a bigger picture with faith, inspired by possibilities and aligned with your mission.
The Sun in Taurus asks you to focus on (or discover) your *true* values, not your conditioned values (what you've been told to be, do, have by family, community, culture). What really matters to you and will propel you forward; where can you be your best, what will fill your heart?
Consider what you're willing to release in order to live the life you desire going forward - and what you want to create. You are closing out the past on some level and it's a process that will unfold over the next few years.
Uranus conjuncts the Sun and opposes the Moon on the Eclipse, and you may suddenly decide to change something or leave a situation - or the Universe does it for you, via an unexpected ending. All Eclipses are Uranian in nature - things happen quickly, they create unpredictable and fated events, but they can bring miracles and magic, too. Whatever they are, the changes should focus on quality of life issues, as Venus rules the Sun-Uranus in Taurus. Be spacious and extra gentle, as this electric energy can stress your nervous system if you're sensitive.
May 7 - Venus in Cancer brings a warm, caring energy of love, emotional connection, nesting and family through July 10. To Venus in Cancer, "food is love," and cooking for you or sharing a special meal in the cozy setting is a love language, as well as intimate sharing, honoring feelings, and being there for loved ones. This is mother energy (Cancer) and Venus is love and values, so think warm and fuzzy.
May 9 - Sun conjunct Uranus brings dramatic changes, either within you, in your life and/or in the collective (for sure!). Uranus is rebellion, authenticity and the revolutionary, so wherever you've been tolerating something, you may say, "enough!" and make a break. You can be proactive and make a deliberate change that is more aligned with you and your Evolving Self. Express your Self. Be real.
To find your true path in life, you must dare to be Authentic, without others' approval or permission (which often involves a process of uncovering some layers of protection). Aren't you curious about the buried treasure within you?! It's most likely more profound than you can even imagine; it's our own self-image that holds the limitations. Your Authentic Self is magnificent!
Mercury Retrograde in Taurus continues through May 14 and is focused on practical issues that affect your daily life and future. Use the opportunity to review basic structures that provide security, comfort and functionality in your life and make any need course corrections. Keep it simple and do the next right thing to take care of business to create stability.
You are growing and changing, so create space and allow your life to reflect the truth of who you are becoming. And if you encounter an unexpected loss or change, consider it a clearing - and know that nothing is ever taken from you unless it's blocking you from your Highest Good. Opportunities are always available, even during challenging times, if you stay present, open and creative.
You have the power to release stale aspects of your life and the more aligned you are, the easier the flow. Let go of what's complete, outdated or redundant - with each release more of you is being revealed, like a beautiful sculpture.
The goal is to stay open to discovering and developing your path going forward - it's a creative adventure and remember, you are being led somewhere special. Stay tuned...
