SOLAR FLARES MAXING OUT ALL DAY!

Around noon central time I needed to sleep.

It’s been nonstop since my son came home
and today I gave myself some much needed self-care
by going to my physical therapist to get dry needling for my neck and back
and then to ground myself on the beach.

I felt these energies coming in strong this morning.

I hadn’t checked the space weather app and I came straight home
to get on my heated UTK Infrared Light w/ copper, 4 stones and crystals healing mat.

I slept 3 hours.

That thing is amazing.

Now back to work!

This is a period we must really take good care of ourselves
and not trip ourselves out on the energy streams.

The “monkey mind” is Mercury in the last & final 12th house of Pisces
which is complete dissolve. Brain fog is big with these energies.

We are almost to the end of many cycles closing.

Allow them to close.

Being in resistance to the energy will create unnecessary chaotic thoughts, words and actions.

Purge the need to figure it all out

Eternal love and appreciation to everyone whose stepped up to offer assistance to my son.

We are truly grateful

Remember to call upon your highest guidance.

WE have the power to shift worlds inside of US and that’s no joke!
