Especially the fact that Trump declared 7 national emergencies through executive orders,
fake Biden extended them, and the only person who can revoke a national emergency
is the president who declared them, based on the Stafford act.
Unless congress acknowledges them which they haven't.

By law During a national emergency the president has to give a proclamation ever 6 months.
This is the real reason for trumps speeches, full of coms.

The national emergencies federalized 1 million national.guard members.
The coast guard is operating under the navy which only can happen in times of war.
And according to the military justice act 2016, everything military supersedes civil law.

We are in a continuation of government, unless you actually get off your ass
and read the thousands of pages of the executive orders/ law of war manual, y
ou won't see the proof that's right in front of your face.
