Yggdrasil - The Tree Of Life - The Xmas Tree

In many, if not all mythologies about a central tree, the Tree Of Life, (or in some a central column Djed) there is a serpent or dragon (Draco) involved in the story.

"The dominant concept of Norse cosmology is the World Tree, Yggdrasil. It was said to spread its limbs over every land and was visualized as a kind of ladder stretching up to heaven and downwards to the underworld. The World Tree marked the centre of the universe and was a symbol of the constant regeneration of its parts. The Tree was the realm of the gods and from which they seemed to grow and spread throughout the world. ... In several myths the dragon of chaos is also represented by or associated with a World Tree or Tree of Life; this is seen in Genesis 1 where serpent and dragon are identical. pg 185 The Cosmic Serpent, Clube & Napier.

The Tree Of Life is the tree we must climb. Get a ladder! The Tree of Good and Evil is the tree we are currently eating from. How many of us would like to eat from a different tree? The script seems to be putting the squeeze on us, so I imagine there are many trying to find "the way, the truth and the life" or tree of life.

Yggdrasil is a mighty ash tree, also known as the world tree. This tree links all the 9 worlds together. The roots of this tree are found in 3 of the 9 worlds from 3 separate wells. (Astral, Causal, Physical)

Depending on culture, there are 7 to 9 stages of Samadhi. Given, everything without is actually born from within, we might speculate that the nine worlds of Yggdrasil refer to the level of Samadhi we reach during meditation. The level of the Tree of Good and Evil, being the level we currently "enjoy" and the level to which we are married, unless we get a ladder. My hunch is that to attain a greater world after death, we must attain that level within our meditative minds or perhaps within the hearts of our current embodiment. The basic state or passing C grade is the attainment of Light from the White Room with black curtains.

Rev 3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God:
and I will write upon him my new name.

The Bible

The fruits of your labour sometimes require a ladder to reach.

If you don't get your ladder or build a stairway,
you are blessed with the current state of duality (good and evil)
until you make that investment.

Gen_2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil,
thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

If you keep eating, you keep dying.
In the Bible, trees represent man at various stages of spiritual development.

Isaiah 60:13

Evergreen Trees - "The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress, the plane, and the pine, to beautify the place of my sanctuary, and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

The plane trees bear flowers of BOTH SEXES on the same tree but in different clusters.

The cypress and pine trees keeps their leaves and they do not wither no matter the weather.

Sanctuary - The White Room with black curtains

Lebanon means White One (Clear White Light / Holy Ghost / Shekinah)

For the current cycle, bramble is identified as our leaders of choice. Those leaders still eat from the Tree of Good and Evil!

Jdg 9:8 The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us.

Jdg 9:9 But the olive tree said unto them, Should I leave my fatness, wherewith by me they honour God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?

Jdg 9:10 And the trees said to the fig tree, Come thou, and reign over us.

Jdg 9:11 But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees?

Jdg 9:12 Then said the trees unto the vine, Come thou, and reign over us.

Jdg 9:13 And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?

Jdg 9:14 Then said all the trees unto the bramble, Come thou, and reign over us.

Jdg 9:15 And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you, then come and put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.

Jdg 9:16 Now therefore, if ye have done truly and sincerely, in that ye have made Abimelech king, and if ye have dealt well with Jerubbaal and his house, and have done unto him according to the deserving of his hands;

What Does the Fleur-de-lis Mean?
The fleur-de-lis, sometimes spelled fleur-de-lys, is a stylized lily or iris commonly used for decoration.

In fact, translated from French, fleur-de-lis means “lily flower.”
