What is it that I am?

Today it came to me why it's so difficult to nail down what I am. It is that I'm not an it! Things we call it are of form, energy, matter, space, time. I am outside these things. Questions like where, when and what only refer to the external.

I am what I do. Even when I'm not aware of it. What I do is Wind, Waters, Earth and Sun. They transcend the personal and affirm life.

    I concur.

    Who are we?

What do we do that makes us who we are? I think our basic components are Sun, Earth, Waters and Wind. These are things we do to make things in the world.. I think the things we do are . . .
    Sun

    sourceness, beacon, our rock

Source is what we do to experience life. You can't see it. You can't touch it. You can't feel it. That part comes later.

    Earth

    home, center, our heart

    Earth

Stillness of Earth is what we do to love those dear to us and to create our dreams. You can feel it walking through the woods and listening to a grandchild tell about their day
    Waters

the ebb and flow of sun, moon and all those we love

Waters is what we do to bring all those we love into our heart. We lnow it especially well on the holidays where all the family is there.

    Wind

    spirit, life, freedom

Wind is what we do when we create and give life to that which we love. Anything of passion like being alive and fully present!
