The Play (in our head) Our mind enjoys a good movie. And so do we. So it encourages us to play various roles throughout the day (if you’re like me). We usually play it the way we would have liked. Rarely does this happen at first, so we do it over and over ’til we get close. After awhile we’re plumb tired out with all this theater going on in our head. And to boot we realize we’re not the person in charge any more. So how to get out of this bog? We could just stop playing these imaginary dramas. We breathe it all OUT and REST awhile to a well deserved silence!
