    THE SERENDIPITY OF REASON
thanks to some individual Arabs, Persians and Jews.

Shortly following the adoption of Christianity in Rome, the Empire
was split between the Latin West, and the Byzantine East.

The impoverished (by inflation) West began the purposeful erasure
of classical Pagan ideology (destruction of the past similar to events of today),
whilst in the more affluent East, Arabs and Persians recovered, restored,
and translated most of what we currently know about Aristotelian
(a particular pagan) doctrine empowering them with the methods of reason
(vs faith/belief in an alternate more real reality ruled
    by an omnipotent benevolence).

This was likely enabled (through serendipity) by Alexander the Great
(direct student of Aristotle) conquest of the Persian Empire
    during the 4th century BC.

This component of reason drove the Arab/Persian Golden Age
    (9 to 13th century AD +/-)
until they too succumbed and stupefied themselves back
into the Stone Age due to their own version of Platonic religious mysticism.

All Abrahamic religion (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam),
    including modern forms of Collectivism
(Socialism, Communism, Fascism, Religious Theocracy, and Mob Rule Anarchy) rests upon Platonic philosophical premises
(i.e. that individuals are not autonomous independent beings
but are mere dispensable cells upon the organic body
    of the all important state/society/collective).

    Thanks to individual Arab/Persian/Jewish scholars
(Averroes Ibn Rushd, Avicenna Ibn Sina, Maimonedes, among some others),
this method of reason ultimately landed in the hands of
Albertus Magnus and Thomas Aquinas (13th century),
who convinced themselves and their colleagues in the Catholic theocracy
that reason could be used to prove the existence of God,
thus provoking the Renaissance after a 1000 years +/- of Dark-Middle Ages.

    REASON (not any religious faith)
    IS THE FOUNDATION OF WESTERN
    (and some ancient Eastern) CIVILIZATION.
