The consciousness that you are experiencing this moment with isn't yours. The universe itself is conscious in you. This is an important distinction, because we all tend to get wrapped up in illusions of identity and miss this universal connection. Okay I get it if we bypass exactly whose consciousness we're experiencing in us. It then becomes possible there is indeed only one consciousnesses, one life and one body that we experience day to day.
