i like this guy whoever he is, he tells the truth ... watch it !!! Here is one very good example of what this man is talking about. Florsheim shoes was a high end Canadian manufactured shoe but, NO longer made in Canada now they are made in India and China !!! Back in the 70's many old immigrant shoe makers from Italy or Spain etc. could make you a custom pair of dress shoes for $125 (if you could find them in their shoemaker shops) - i remember buying platforms with straps on old Weston Road; in Weston, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. and; they were the best darn shoes i ever owned !!! Now Florsheim charged $250 and, they were made in Canada by workers who were legal to work in Canada; so; it supported our working class people along with the Canadian economy !!! Now the same shoes still cost $250 however; they are made in China and India and do not put Canadians to work !!! and, NOW; they are actually made at a fraction of the total cost. So ask yourself - who is benefiting from this ???
