    How much water should you drink?

    Body Weight in KG X 0.033 = Litres per day

    Example: 75kg = 2.5L

    ✓ Never drink 1 hour after eating
    because it washes away digestive enzymes.


    ✓ Drink 2 glasses 20 mins before eating
    to hydrate the digestive track.


    ✓ Add a small pinch of sea salt to each glass
    to mineralise and prevent losing minerals too.


    ✓ Swill around your mouth to wash down
    good enzymes and bad bacteria.


    ✓ Never drink cold water
    because it makes the upper intestines shiver.


    ✓ Avoid tap water!!
    Drink filtered or if you can access, nature stream water.


    ✓ Displacing water with soda and preserved juices causes tooth decay, sugar addiction, insomnia and anxiety.
