First - know your soul is your consciousness yes it’s spirit stuff
- there is no death only life thus you must

Dominate your Ego or it will Dominate you.

The Ego mind is the safe place for traumatized souls;
it’s the base Fear Survival psyche for Sol consciousness;
and it does have its uses it’s what gets you up in morning;
but if it’s running amok than you are too . . .

Second - you must settle into your Spirit
via music singing, dancing, art,
laughter, Meditation, relaxing, etc.
the inner child in us is eternal immortal
and needs to ‘play’ if you are not young at heart
than you not seeing yourself clearly.

Third - Intuition and Cognition Dissonance are our Spirit Divining
the Intel/energy given.

Trust your gut your pings, the energy around you
and if you’re getting good energy then suddenly experience cognitive dissonance on any subject; than that’s exactly where you need to go.

The Ego is protective and thinks that you are safer
with blindfold on not knowing you’re walking
through a dangerous Haunted House
or into a pit of Fire

If you allow someone outside yourself to do your thinking for you
than you will always be wrong and suffer their fate not your own.

They lied to you about everything; do not believe them now . . .

We are all psyche beings and Telepathy is our true Language . . .
