    A South Korean Halloween celebration has turned deadly in the capital city of Seoul
    as dozens of revelers collapsed from cardiac arrest and while others have reportedly
    been crushed during a stampede by the tens of thousands of participants.

    The number of fatalities are unknown at this time but one attendee
    claims an on-site police officer has suggested at least 81 deaths so far.
