    Deep Fried egg and potatoes:
    4 potatoes boiled and mashed,
    30 g (1 oz) of white sugar (organic cane),
    1/4 tsp sea salt, 1egg,
    14 g of yeast,
    140 ml of milk - mix well
    add 9 oz of flour , 1 oz of soft. butter;
    mix well
    2 tbsp of flour, mix well
    • and; cover to rest for 30 minutes
    • after rising - lightly dust with flour - roll out - so; about 1/4" thickness - cut into heart shapes; etc. and, then cook in hot oil til brown
