This healing is designed to leave your heart lighter and your energy field more available to respond to what lights you up in your life now.
Shamanic healing can be used to clear old, stuck emotions in a way that is gentle and cleansing and allows cycles to complete gracefully. It’s powerful to heal and release pain from past lives because they can be such a subtle and hidden influence that can reduce this lifetime’s joy and trust, even when your circumstances are good in the present. And, in our lives today, we have a society that, at best, fails to teach us tools for moving through grief and, at worst, pathologizes it. This can leave us with a lot of emotional debt around past loss and disappointment that weighs down the heart chakra even when things are good now.
In this healing I will specifically work with the guides to clear past heartbreak and heartache. This could come from romantic disappointments or the death of loved ones. Having a child die is nearly incomprehensible to the modern, first world person, but was a normal part of life a few generations back. For most of our heartaches and heartbreaks, we go through the grief cycle and return to grace and flow within our lives. Our ancestors often enjoyed closer community bonds that helped with this.
But sometimes there were wounds that just didn’t move through. If there was a struggle for survival at the time (like living through a war or a plague) emotional completion may have taken a back seat. And sometimes grief leads to numbing and heart armor.
I don’t want anyone to have to process through all this old, stagnant, painful emotion. Rather, let’s move it dynamically and effectively with shamanic healing. There may be some emotional work to do, but if we clear old energy and take the heavy lifting off the emotional matrix, it makes it far more manageable and approachable to address hard feelings that arise in day-to-day life.

The format: Just sign up for the healing. On the day of the healing, I’ll do the journey at the appointed time. You’re invited to come into stillness while the journey is happening, but it’s not required. After the journey, I’ll send you an .mp3 with details about the work.
