Frieza pickles! * Ingredients : °7 cup cucumbers °1 cup onion °2 cup of organic cane sugar / or; sugar in the raw °1 cup white vinegar °2 t ? is that a teaspoon of sea salt °1 teaspoon of celery seeds * Methods : Mix well. Leave to stand for 6 hours. Then they are ready to eat or put in containers and freeze. Consume in 9 to 12 month Quickly to assemble...they stay crispy. Additionally, you can leave the cuke skins on if you prefer. We have always done some with and some without. As made by my Pap, they are sweet. I make them with less sugar too, if you prefer a tart cucumber to a sweet one. Enjoy!
