    So you see not only IS Canada a corporation but so too are the provinces.
    They also operates as one. According AI it operates differently
    though I don't know how that would be possible as corporations operate through bylaws
    while the Federal and Provincial Gov't functions by way of legislation.

    So are we to assume that they are protected by its charter as well as any laws that pass through legislation?

    Wouldn't that be a conflict of interest?
