    Mix 1 teaspoon of blue Dawn dish soap
    with 1 cup or 8 oz of vegetable oil and shake well.
    Add 1 quart = 40 oz of water to the mixture and shake well.
    Add 1 cup or 8 oz of rubbing alcohol.
    Shake the mixture vigorously to allow the vegetable oil to emulsify.
    Pour the mixture into a spray bottle.

    Spray on your crops and on your lawn at 10-day intervals
    to control the beetles.
