Antatrica

Just a fanciful rendition of land that was assumed to be there.
The legend says "Terra Incognita" meaning undiscovered land.
This map was made after Magellen sailed through the straits of Magellen
and saw land to the south of the strait.

That's why Antarctica is shown being so close to south America.
Notice that the land bears no resemblance to the real Antarctica,
with or without the ice.
