    This is how cemeteries look in Poland this time of year,
    and it's something a group of us have been doing in WNY
    for over 10 years.

    Join us at St. Stanislaus Cemetery on Sunday ( 30 Oct 2022)
    to pray for the souls of our loved ones in the age old tradition
    of visiting the cemetery around All Saints and All Souls Day.

    At 3 p.m. a Mass for All Souls will be celebrated
    in the Resurrection Mausoleum
    at St. Stanislaus Cemetery in Cheektowaga,
    (New York, USA in America.)

    During the Mass, sung by Chopin Singing Society,
    there will be a reading of the names of our dearly departed.

    Following Mass, we will visit graves of family and friends.

    Beginning at 1 p.m, special Polish cemetery candles
    will be available in the Mausoleum,
    along with information provided by
    the Polish Genealogical Society of N.Y.S.
    and cemetery researcher Barbara Noreck Ruppert.

    Tours of graves of a few prominent members of the community
    will take place at 1:30 PM.

    You are most welcome to participate even if you do not have anyone
    buried at St. Stan's.

    Bring kids and show them where their ancestors are buried.
