Freedom Freedom is an allegiance. Not to the external but to the internal -- things that cannot be seen. It is a recognition and response to That Which Is -- the true and beautiful -- within ourselves -- other things come later. It requires seeing what is real, the things themselves. When we acknowledge what is true, we naturally reflect in our thought and actions the sacred path which we each choose. The universe, in turn, responds to this acknowledgement by enabling, healing and sustaining at every level. That is to say, it greases the wheels for everyone . . .

Choosing Free the way we love ourselves Love is the granting of freedom to be who we are. The highest form of love is self love. To embody this love, we accord ourselves likewise — before anyone or anything — the freedom to make our own decisions, to choose our path. Freedom is not what we do — or should do — or what is best to do — rather it is the choosing, making our own decisions — even if they are poor choices. In this way we embody divine love. In this way we love ourselves. In this way we embody freedom.

Freedom the physical sensation and the feeling It's the feeling of my consciousness (consciousness has a feeling). it's also the sensation of being in the body of I AM Presence (the most real and vital sense of being I know). Keywords THE QUIET AND THE STILL can activate this for me; just breathing consciously can bring me to my senses as will putting everything aside -- just stillness , no thoughts or feeling about anything. When consciously letting life flow unimpeded through me, I feel energies flowing from my belly like a river -- sometimes in the shower or at the ocean. It feels to come from center, a field of the heart, to a dimension of the Earth, a field of activity. It is a sensation of healing, transforming and being in what is true. We -- the man in us, the woman in us and I AM Presence -- make this body of I AM Presence on Earth -- a body of love and freedom -- so we my be as one. We do this thread by thread each day.
Freedom to be the being we are When we resolve to be the being we are, feel what this is, know what this is -- there is not and cannot be any obstacle in our way in Heaven or on Earth. This I know from God knows where. Awareness of this power results from embodying a frequency intrinsic to us (I feel it as THE QUIET AND THE STILL). We don't actually do anything but maintain this vibration. And so it is we can move mountains if need be.
